What we collect

When you send the quote form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email, WhatsApp number, the product you are asking about, quantity and any message. If you message us on WhatsApp or email, we receive what you send there.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and measure page views, clicks, scrolling and quote-form progress. We do not send your form entries, contact details or WhatsApp message text to analytics. A click is not a confirmed enquiry or an identified buyer.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your request, send a sample or quote, and follow up on that order. We do not sell your details or share them for advertising.

The quote form is delivered to our inbox through a form service. It passes your entry on to us and nothing else.

Heatmaps and session recordings

Where analytics is enabled, Microsoft Clarity helps us understand clicks, scroll depth and how pages are used through heatmaps and session recordings. We mask page text and form fields in recordings and do not use Clarity for advertising. Clarity may process usage data on Microsoft services. These tools show interaction patterns, not eye movement or a visitor’s identity.

Trustpilot review button

Our footer links to our Trustpilot profile, where you can share your experience. When analytics is enabled and the footer is near the screen, we load Trustpilot’s official Review Collector button. Trustpilot says its widgets measure impressions, views and clicks without cookies or similar storage. Trustpilot receives normal connection data, such as your IP address, to serve the button. If analytics is off, a plain review link works without loading the widget. Following the link takes you to Trustpilot, where its own privacy policy applies. We do not send your quote-form details to Trustpilot.

Your choices

For visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics and recordings stay off until you choose Allow analytics. Elsewhere they run by default, with a short notice on the page, unless you turn them off. If we cannot resolve the region, they stay off. Ignoring the notice does not stop you using any part of the site. You can turn analytics and recording on or off at any time with the switch on this page or Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days. Changing to Reject stops further analytics recording and clears analytics cookies that this site can remove. A final request may send activity already buffered before you rejected. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by emailing priglobexim@gmail.com. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
