1. Screen printBest fit

  • Bold logos and text in 1 to 3 solid colours
  • Large runs, where the cost per bag falls as quantity rises
  • Sharp, durable colour on cotton and canvas

Watch for: Each colour needs its own screen, so many colours or photos are a poor fit.

Send us: Vector artwork (PDF or AI) with Pantone references for each colour.

Screen print, heat transfer or embroidery?

Printing questions

Which print method is best for a logo on a tote bag?

For a simple logo in one to three solid colours, screen print is usually the best fit: sharp, durable and efficient at volume. For many colours or photo-style art, heat transfer is the usual choice.

Can you print on jute bags?

Yes. Jute has a coarse weave, so bold simple logos in one or two colours work best. Very fine detail loses sharpness on rough fabric.

What file should I send for printing?

Vector artwork (PDF or AI) gives the best result. A high-resolution PNG works for heat transfer. Include Pantone references if colour matching matters.

Is embroidery better than print?

Embroidery gives a raised, premium look and suits simple logos. Print suits larger designs, more colours and bigger runs. The best choice depends on your artwork and quantity.

Do I get a sample before the bulk order?

Yes. A sample comes before the bulk run so you can approve the print.
